Jake holds degrees in Construction Management and Business Management from BYU, and the company has been building high-end custom homes, remodels, and commercial projects for nearly twenty years. JB Trades is a separate company we own, built to solve a real problem in this industry: getting reliable people to actually show up and do the trades that are hardest to staff. Through JB Trades, our in-house crew handles framing, siding, trim carpentry, light excavation, general cleanup, storm water management, and even detail work like building saunas — the small, easy-to-overlook items that make a real difference on a project, handled by our own team instead of depending on someone else's schedule.
