At Jorgenson Builders, we specialize in building custom homes and doing custom renovations.  Because these projects are custom, our customers get to choose from a lot of different options.  As a builder, we try to help our customers narrow their choices down a bit (always keeping budget in mind), but ultimately the choice is theirs.  Some customers are completely comfortable with this and have no problem making decisions.  Other customers are overwhelmed with all of the choices and need a little extra help.

Like I said, as your builder we help you narrow down your choices… but we’re not designers.  Nor do we employ a in-house designer.  We do, however, have partnerships with a few designers who we feel do an excellent job.  We occasionally offer to help our customers out by giving you two free hours with one of our partner designers. (mention this post to see if this applies to your project). They can get a feel for your project and help get you on the right track.  After you meet with them, if you want, you’re welcome to continue using them at your cost.
